Power users, driving much of our trading revenue, were relying on third party analytics to make informed trading decisions. They also faced significant friction since each NFT had to be traded individually. We streamlined high-volume trading and implemented advanced analytics within our marketplace.

Previously, collecting recovery payments from delinquent merchants was a tedious process which involved manual engagement by email and requesting payment through PayPal. We automated this process by creating a self-serve recovery feature directly within the Shopify dashboard allowing merchants to autonomously set up payment plans.
